CureFit offers alignment-based, personalized movement sessions
designed to respond to each individual's physical condition, movement patterns, and readiness.​

Private 1:1 Session

The foundation of all CureFit work.

Each session is individually structured based on observation,  nalysis, and real-time feedback.

This format allows for the highest level of precision, safety, and responsiveness.

Private sessions are recommended for:

  • Individuals experiencing pain or discomfort

  • Those returning from injury or managing physical limitations

  • Anyone seeking a highly tailored, alignment-focused approach

For most clients, private sessions are the starting point of their work at CureFit.

2:1 Session

A shared session for two people who wish to train together in a structured setting.

2:1 sessions are intended for clients who:

  • have no significant pain or complex individual issues at the time of training

  • can follow guidance independently with a reasonable level of body awareness

  • are ready to progress through structured practice in a shared format

Because attention is shared, 2:1 sessions are

not designed to provide the same level of individual detail as private sessions.


They work best when both participants are at a similar training level and can move safely without constant correction.

In many cases, clients begin with private sessions and may later transition into

2:1 when their condition becomes more stable.

2:1 sessions are a shared training format — best suited to bodies that are ready for it.
