Observation Before Exercise
At CureFit, movement never begins without understanding
how the body is organised.
We first observe posture and movement patterns to identify alignment
issues that may contribute to pain or inefficiency.

Postural Assessment & Visual Analysis
Visual observation, including guided photographs and
movement analysis, helps clarify how posture and habitual
patterns influence the body.
This allows both the client and instructor to work from a
clear, shared understanding.

Structured Movement Re-education
Movement is then used as a corrective tool.
Exercises are carefully selected to restore alignment,
improve movement quality, and support stability and
mobility in a progressive manner.

Ongoing Feedback & Long-term Change
Clear feedback and consistent guidance support lasting
